Where's the year going??

This year seems to be flying past. Our loungeroom renovations are in full swing. The skirting boards have been removed, internal doors taken out, and the undercoat went on the walls today. We have ordered a new television (old one died last year) and a new lounge (old one has been moved to the family room).

I have been staying off the computer a lot, as shown by my inbox currently containing 112 messages. I have also managed to do some scrapbooking - the first since February last year. Nothing flash and fancy but I've been enjoying the crafting process.

And the highlight of my week? This salad was created entirely using produce from my garden. There's lettuce, cucumber, tomato, shallots, herbs and capsicum. Oh yeah! :)
