I work better with goals. I have changed a few of last years goals to suit me better.
GOALS FOR 2011
- Harvest at least seven different types of fruit/vegetables.
- Get healthier as measured by my physical fitness level. Target: to be able to run 5km non-stop in under 45 minutes.
- Continue my crafting passions. Targets: 10 scrapbooking layouts, 200 cards and 10 sewing items completed.
- Go out for lunch or dinner with Dale at least once every 2 months (without kids).
- Contribute towards the mortgage. Target of $20 per month ($240 for the year).
I am also going to have 3 goals per month. Just to give me something to focus on. Random things that seem to have been on the to-do list forever or that are bugging me and really need to get done!
GOALS FOR JANUARY
- write our wills and get them witnessed and stored.
- help Dale transform our lounge room (remove skirting boards, repaint, put on new skirting boards, buy new lounge and TV, possibly sand and revarnish the coffee table).
- clean under my bed.

YEEAAAHHH for the 5k!!! You do realise that by walking 1.8km in 16 mins that 5k in 45 will be a breeze? I'm just saying that because running sounds hard, but it's really just fast walking with some air between each step.
I have a New Year's Resolution to cough less in 2010. I think this is totally doable and absolutely in my control.
