Today...

This format has been seen on a few blogs lately and I thought it was kinda cool.

Outside my window... it is pitch black. Not surprising since it's 8pm.

I am thinking... not so much at the moment! Too tired!

I am thankful for... the amazing, supportive, wonderful man that is my husband Dale.

From the kitchen... tonight was marinated tofu and vegetable stir-fry. Yum. And yes, Annabelle does eat tofu!

I am wearing... jeans, a blue tank top and slippers.

I am creating... lots of meals to go in the freezer. In the past couple of days I have cooked and then frozen potato and leek soup, chicken and vegetable soup, beef and lentil casserole and burritos mince.

I am going... to make a cup of tea, grab a couple of bikkies and relax with my husband.

I am reading... an Enid Blyton book with Callum.

I am hoping... that my family manage to shake off the assorted sickness that has been running amok in the household for the past month.

I am hearing... the dishwasher doing the dishes for me, and my son coughing.

Around the house... there is stuff everywhere! Bring on that extension!
